Bill is a CPA and has 15 years of restaurant administration from quick to full service. Bill joined Taco Del Mar in November of 2002. His responsibilities, in addition to his accounting and management, include driving our back house systems and information technology. He focuses on the unit economics understanding that franchise profitability, drives corporate profitability. Bill is focused on improving the database systems of Taco Del Mar, allowing for better reporting for Master Developers and franchisees.
