Buddy brings Taco Del Mar more than a decade of web development experience. He joined the company in 2004 with a portfolio of past technical consulting for such notable companies as Microsoft, 3com and Krispy Kreme. Responsibilities at Taco Del Mar range from developing and maintaining the company’s internal management software “FishNet,” to spearheading corporate information technology needs, to managing Taco Del Mar’s point-of-sale information systems. Buddy’s work has helped create a fully integrated system which benefits both the restaurant operator and the corporate office. Through his contributions the company has streamlined its communication and closely identified profit and loss factors.
