Local
Taco Del Mar cares about the community. We dedicate time in our training program to teach Taco Del Mar owners how to get involved in their community. As a result, owners across the country are constantly working with local schools, churches and other charitable organizations by donating their time, raising funds, and doing their part to make sure their community is a better place.

Taco Del Mar owners often hold fundraisers for the local fire department. The fire department will help bring people the restaurant on fundraising day…using anything they can! |

Camp Erin
Taco Del Mar recently made a significant financial contribution to Camp Erin, a bereavement camp for children. By using rewards cards as part of the donation process, Taco Del Mar got their guests involved as well. For every reward card redeemed over a certain period of time, Taco Del Mar restaurants in Oregon and Washington donated a dollar amount to this worthy cause. It was a way to not only raise money for Camp Erin, but educate the public at the same time. |

The walk is an annual event that brings the community together to raise money, energy and spirits in search of a cure for this disease.

Children's Hospital
When Taco Del Mar introduced salmon as a summer promotion in 2008, they used it as an opportunity to collect teddy bears for local children’s hospitals. Bears were collected for hospitals in Spokane, Boise, Honolulu, Bozeman, Missoula, Seattle, Portland, and Anchorage. The remarkable Taco Del Mar guests came out in droves over the two months and Taco Del Mar collected quite a few bears to bring joy to children all over the Pacific Northwest. |

Father Joe’s Mission
Franchisees in San Diego helped raise funds for a popular mission in the region by selling fish tacos for a donation every Friday over a summer. The fundraiser was a huge success and franchisees were thrilled to be able to have more people try the fish tacos for a worthy cause.
